钛基体化学镀镍及其耐蚀性能

采用化学镀在钛基体上制备Ni-P合金镀层.研究了活化时间、镀液pH值、热处理温度及时间对镀层的影响.用动电位极化曲线法比较镀层的耐均匀腐蚀性能,并用X-射线衍射仪和扫描电子显微镜分别研究镀层结构和表面形貌.结果表明,以HF为主剂的活化液,时间60 s,pH值4.8～5.2的活化工艺以及250 ℃、保温2 h的热处理为最佳工艺.镀层具有较高的耐蚀性能,属于非晶和微晶组成的混晶结构.借助于正交试验,确定了最佳工艺.     

Efficient synthesis of benzophenone derivatives in Lewis acid ionic liquids

Benzophenone and its derivatives were prepared via Friedel–Crafts acylation reactions using ionic liquids (ILs) of BmimCl–FeCl₃, BmimCl–AlCl₃ and BmimCl–ZnCl₂ as dual catalyst–solvent. Among them, BmimCl–FeCl₃ showed much higher catalytic activity than that observed for the other two ILs, and in conventional organic solvents. In these reaction systems, good to excellent yields (up to 97%) of acylation products were obtained in a short reaction time. This method features high yield, a simple product isolation procedure, ILs reusability and reduced waste discharge, thus rendering this catalytic system both efficient and environmentally friendly.     

Frequency analysis and compensation of valve stiction in cascade control loops

Valve stiction is often a common problem in control loops and stiction induced oscillation is the main cause of poor performance in control systems. Cascade control is extensively applied in process industry as an effective strategy to restrain disturbances and compensate process nonlinearities. In recent years many studies have been performed on the detection and quantification of valve stiction in single feedback control loops. However, there is a lack in developing a mechanism which can analyze stiction induced oscillation in cascade control loops. This work focuses on the frequency analysis of stiction induced oscillations in cascade control loops and proposes a mechanism of oscillation compensation through outer and inner controller tuning. The effect of oscillation compensation by changing control strategies is also discussed. The theoretical analysis is evaluated through simulation examples and a pilot-scale flow-level cascade control experiment.     

FO-CA:一种基于距离差异度组合权重的多属性数据分类方法

为了解决多属性数据分类问题,提出了一种基于模糊优选模型与聚类分析的分类方法(FO-CA)。首先由模糊优选模型得到有序综合指标数据集,其中在权重阶段提出了距离差异度并以此为依据构建了一种组合主客观权重的赋权方法;然后采用聚类分析将有序综合指标数据集聚类为几个簇进而分类;最后选取UCI中的Iris、Wine和Ruspini 3个数据集进行仿真实验。实验结果表明,该分类方法相比模糊优选方法及K-Means算法能获得更好的分类结果,对决策者有一定的参考价值。     

In situ generation of hydrogen peroxide from reaction of O2 with hydroxylamine from hydroxylammonium salt in neutral aqueous or non-aqueous medium using reusable Pd/Al2O3 catalyst

In situ generation of H₂O₂ with high yield can be accomplished by reacting O₂ with NH₂OH from hydroxylammonium salt [NH₂OH · HCl or (NH₂OH)₂ · H₂SO₄] in a neutral aqueous medium using a reusable heterogeneous Pd (1.0 wt%)/Al₂O₃ catalyst, even at low temperature (10 °C), with the formation of harmless by-products (viz. N₂ and water). The presence of KCl or KBr in the medium has beneficial effect. The H₂O₂ generation is strongly influenced by the pH of medium, reaction period and temperature; best results are obtained at the optimum pH and reaction medium.     

Hydrogen-induced cracking behaviors of Incoloy alloy 825

The effect of hydrogen on the fracture behaviors of Incoloy alloy 825 was investigated by means of slow strain rate testing (SSRT).Hydrogen was introduced into the sample by electrochemical charging.The results show that surface microcracks form gradually during aging at room temperature when desorption of hydrogen takes place after hydrogen charging at a current density of 5 mA/cm 2 for 24 h.SSRT shows that the increase of ductility loss is significantly obvious as the hydrogen charging current density inc...     

用Pro/E对过约束运动平台动态仿真分析研究

针对过约束多体运动机构的动态受力分析难点,以一个具体的多曲轴运动平台为例,提出一种基于Pro/E中Mechanism仿真模块进行动态仿真的解决方法。在Pro/E中进行了3维建模;针对分析的重点,对系统模型进行了适当简化;并结合虚拟样机技术在Pro/E中的具体运用,对简化模型进行动态仿真;并运用仿真结果分析了各类因素对该机构运动及受力的影响,提出了优化设计方案。     

一种指纹特征点信息的表示方法

指纹图像经细化后并提取特征点,把特征点的信息构成特征向量作为指纹特征模板。本文提出了一种有效的指纹特征信息的表示方法,把中心点作为参照点,利用中心点和特征点之间的距离和纹线数与图像的旋转和平移无关的特性来标记特征点。通过结果分析,此方法占用的空间相对要小。     

Estimation of the critical properties of compounds using volume-based thermodynamics

The importance, yet scarcity of the critical constants of thermally unstable fluids warrants the development of reliable methods for the estimation of these essential thermodynamic properties. A thorough investigation undertaken in this study on 1,589 compounds belonging to 83 chemical classes, indicated that the ratio of critical temperature to critical pressure of both low and high molecular weight compounds could be well expressed in terms of their volumetric properties. In addition, two new methodologies are presented for estimating V_c, as well as an indirect approach for prediction of T_c from surface tension data, altogether allowing the calculation of Z_c. Moreover, comparative studies are made with five group contribution methods. It is also demonstrated that by employing the Peng-Robinson EOS, and without prior knowledge of the critical properties, it is possible to calculate various thermophysical properties including P^sat., T_b, , ∆H^vap. , C_p, and even the T_c and P_c themselves.
